Hope you’re well. Just a quick note to say thank you to your team for their help with Henry and Jessica’s wedding at the weekend. As always they were all complete pro’s. It seemed like they had a couple of children who were a bit of a handful! Amy was a great hit with the bride and groom and their family - I know they were a bit unsure about how it would work beforehand so weren’t sure what to expect and if they were doing the right thing etc but I think it all went well and Amy fitted in really well. She was very caring and unobtrusive, Raif seemed to gel with her really easily. Until next time! Kind regards

I attended Jason and Kara’s wedding yesterday at Lillibrook Manor and my daughter Siena was in your care. I just wanted to say thank you for taking care of her so well and for giving her such a great day so that my husband and I could enjoy the wedding without a moment of worry. Stephanie and Charlotte were so kind, caring, and thoughtful of all the children’s needs! It really was so valued by us as we almost never have childcare and whilst I adore having my children with me, it was a rare and wonderful treat to relax and properly let my hair down! I’m sure you know you are doing a brilliant job but it’s always nice to have positive feedback and see it on paper. Firstly, I would like to start this review with a huge thank you to Stephanie and all the team at Safe & Sound Event Childcare. We were recently a part of a huge wedding in London at The Rosewood Hotel for my sisters big day. Having attended two weddings prior to this day having our little girl with us (22 months) had proven most difficult. My god, this time was a whole different experience. The Safe & Sound team were on hand for us throughout the whole day and went above and beyond for us. Zola (my daughter) had been brought up in lockdown, never attended baby groups nor been to a nursery, so I was extremely nervous about how she would be with the daycare provided as she does get shy around new people or just always wants mummy! Zola was in perfect hands with the Safe & Sound team and the set-up of the “pop up nursery” was incredible. Zola was happy and busy all day long. She wanted to be there all day - came for a dance and then straight back to Stephanie and the team. Might I add Zola has never ever slept a whole night through… well after a wonderful day with the Safe & Sound team she slept all night through, through the loud music and walking through London streets! I cannot thank you all enough. Since the wedding day, we have now enrolled Zola into nursery because of the confidence you gave us. So thank you all so much for taking the best care of my daughter and giving us parents a well deserved date day! Highly recommend you guys for any event, wedding or… perhaps daily. I love working on photoshoots and weddings with Safe and Sound, they are ultimate professionals and they make everything so easy for a photographer. The children are kept entertained and safe at every event with a host of activities that help keep children engaged, which for a photographer is a joy. It means everything is super organised and we can get some great photographs of children in any situation or event whether it be a fabulous playroom, outdoor activities, weddings or corporate events. Safe and Sound ensure the children are focused and occupied in one area so we're able to get the very best shots.

I have been working with Steph and the team from a Safe and Sound Events for a few years now. They are amazing at what they do. After every wedding I always get the parents coming up to me and telling how brilliant they are and what a great time their kids had. That is testimony in itself. I wouldn’t even suggest anyone else to look after the children on my weddings. They are the best.

Stephanie and team are a total joy to work with. They take plenty of care and attention to make contact with all the parents well in advance of running their wedding crèche which is incredibly reassuring for those parents entrusting their children to them for the day. Their team set up super efficiently and quickly and are full of smiles and excitement for their roles. They have a totally fantastic range of games, toys, and activities for all ages and most importantly just love giving the children as good a time as the adults in a caring, fun and above all safe, environment. I cannot thank you enough for such exceptional care of our little boy during our friend’s wedding at Hedsor House. The set up you had for the children and the attention given really put our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the day. Our son, only being just 8 weeks old it was our first outing as a family and thanks to your team it was thoroughly enjoyable. I would highly recommend your services.

Thank you so much for your exceptional childcare service provided for our wedding at Hengrave last Saturday. All the children were so well cared for and had a wonderful time full of fun and laughter. Your help with our two children before the service helped make the day as perfect as it was. I think getting to know the children during this time helped put them at ease as they were away from all the craziness of the Bridal suite! Our 3 year old son walked down the aisle alongside our niece, something we had hoped for but didn't think for a second he would actually do!

My sister had her wedding on the 17th April, at Hengrave Hall, so had booked the childcare team for her 2 year old, my 15 month old and our 5-year-old sister. The team were amazing. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them, and as my son usually cries at strangers, he took to them really well. They were always on hand for the ceremony and the wedding dinner, so I barely had to lift a finger until I put him to bed, and even then, they would listen outside his room to make sure he was quiet so that I could enjoy the evening disco. Surprisingly he slept through from 7:30 pm until 7:00 am, so the team didn't have any problems with him. My little sister enjoyed watching the films in the nursery and she enjoyed playing outside with them. I would highly recommend Safe and Sound. If it wasn't for the childcare team I don't think everything would have gone as smoothly. Thank you so much for all your help.

Amazing is the only way to describe Steph and her team. When creche facilities were suggested for our Wedding Day I was a bit nervous as although I wanted the children to be entertained, I also wanted them to be very much a part of our special day and not taken off to one side. Well, I needn't have worried. Steph ensured that the children had the best of both worlds. From our very first meeting I was put at ease by her professionalism. The number of toys and games that they brought with them was unbelievable and her team were so attentive ensuring that all the children had a great time. What was telling, is that so many parents commented to me after our wedding on how great they were. 
What a fantastic company and I cannot recommend them highly enough. FABULOUS! Thank you, Steph!

I went to a friend’s wedding this weekend & it was the first time my 3 & half year old had ever been to such an event. It was a fantastic day, but was made just perfect by the team of Safe & Sound Events. My daughter felt immediately comfortable with them and was happy to play with them and the other children throughout the meal & speeches. They brought each child to their table for food and look them back to play or outside during the speeches. This meant the children never got bored and we got to enjoy the whole day without stressing about them behaving at the table etc. They were all super friendly and professional and kept all the parents informed on how the day would go. My daughter had the best time and my husband and I actually got to eat a meal without rushing, finish a conversation and enjoy a speech without having to Sssh an impatient toddler! Thanks again!

Steph and her team did a fantastic job looking after the 30 (!) children at our wedding, providing lots to keep them occupied, yet making sure that they were still very much part of the day. The children enjoyed the brilliant array of toys and activities on offer and parents felt comfortable leaving their little ones for a short time while we had the speeches. During the meal, all the children sat together at ‘party tables’, closely supervised by Steph’s team. By and large, the kids loved having their own tables and any minor incidents were dealt with by the staff brilliantly and without any dramas. The evening babysitting service also worked well and allowed some of the guests to enjoy the party to the full without having to worry about their, very tired little ones. Thanks again to your great team for helping to make our day so special.

Stephanie and colleague entertained at my wedding at Seckford Hall in Suffolk and were amazing. They perfectly integrated the children in proceedings, whilst keeping them amused and relieving the parents to enjoy themselves. Conversely this appears to have become the USP (unique selling point) of our day. Both the children and adults are still talking about it a couple of months on. Steph’s expertise in event management and childcare shone through. I would have no hesitation in using her again or recommending her for any private or corporate functions. Our son is not exactly easy to look after, but they handled him like complete pros and made the wedding so enjoyable for us.  That they could look after him without drama, even though for the preceding 3 months he had always been with at least one of us, is pretty impressive! He had a great time. Really good communication before, during and after the event. Great set-up on the day. The children loved it and that meant that the adults could enjoy the wedding knowing that the children were in safe hands. Also, our daughter has some specific medical issues, and Safe and Sound Events made sure that she had one to one attention whenever we left her with them. Fantastic service all round. We had friends from overseas with us who had two small boys. Safe and Sound provided babysitting in the lead up to the Wedding and cared for the boys during the day and at the Wedding Breakfast. They were very professional and the boys were well cared for. I even have lovely drawings to keep.

From my first conversation with Stephanie to saying goodbye to the team in the small hours of the day following our daughter's wedding, I felt reassured that our four tiny grandchildren (including 6yr old identical twin girls) would be well cared for and happy. The service was exceptional and enabled us to relax and enjoy the occasion to the full. From helping to dress the little bridesmaids and tiny pageboy (all four children were 6yrs and under) to walking the well wrapped up but very overtired baby around the grounds in his pram at 10:00 pm to get him off to sleep. I cannot speak highly enough of the kindness and care we all received. It really made the day (and evening!) for us. Having been to weddings and events where children are invited, but their needs are not really catered for, I would recommend the services offered by Safe and Sound Events as one of the most important parts of planning a wedding or event. They were simply amazing in every respect. The children had a brilliant time and we knew they were happy, safe and content. Priceless!

I just want to say a big thank you to Stephanie and the team at my sister's wedding last week. The range of toys were fantastic and the staff were so lovely, caring and thoughtful with the children. Our 2 children loved it and it was a perfect set up - my husband and I could enjoy the reception while we knew the children were having a great time and being very well cared for! Thank you so much!

We hired Safe and Sound for our wedding, we had 26 children attending. We were hugely delighted with how well the children were looked after. Safe and Sound managed to get it just right; from balancing the care needed for 2 year olds through to the tweens having a blast. Safe and Sound played a major part in everyone at our wedding having a great time.

We always recommend Steph and her team for event Childcare, as a planner we understand the importance of event childcare and also being responsible for the entire event its vital we can trust the people we recommend. We only recommend Safe & Sound for event Childcare..

Thank you to Stephanie and the team for a fantastic service at our client’s recent wedding. We required a creche for a large number of children of varying ages at relatively short notice and the Safe & Sound team were great. Steph was extremely responsive to emails, provided sound advice and worked with us to ensure that our clients, and their guests with children, were able to relax and enjoy the day without a worry. From the first point of contact it was clear that the children would be in very safe hands and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Safe & Sound for our future creche requirements.

Working with Safe & Sound was one of the best decisions we made - your care of the children and the games, activities and fun you provided for them were second to none. Something that was hugely important to me was that the children didn't feel kept away from the celebrations; and your staff got the balance absolutely spot on. The children were looked after perfectly but also had the freedom to join in with all the fun of the wedding whenever they wanted, with your staff still keeping careful watch.
